Long Bai

Long Bai is a research assistant at Key Laboratory of Network Data Science and Technology, Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (ICTCAS). He has been currently visiting NExT++ Centre, National University of Singapore from Dec. 2023, supervised by Prof. Tat-seng Chua.

Before that, he obtained Ph.D degree from University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS) in 2023, supervised by Prof. Xueqi Cheng, and obtained bachelor’s degree from Zhejiang University in 2016.

His general research interest lies in the intersection of knowledge computing and natural language processing. Now, he focuses on knowledge-enhanced deep research, including: knowledge organization for long multimodal knowledge sources; knowledge computing for multimodal content generation; knowledge-guided planning for complex analysis tasks; and evaluation of deep research agents especially for knowledge-related abilities.
